It's raining. The Zweeble was just standing at the sliding glass door, looking at it (it hasn't rained much since he's been old enough to notice it, so it's like a whole new thing every time). This was after he found the last two hot dog buns and dumped them on the kitchen floor so that they would cease to impede his enjoyment of their plastic bag.

There's a new tooth making its way out of his gum. That would be the first one. On the one hand ... oh, he's getting older, off to college soon! On the other hand ... jeeze, about damn time, he's been drooling and had the ear infections and the crankiness since October.

I also just realized I never cleaned his face after his breakfast. No wonder he's in a good mood. :)

Okay, I have had people say to me that, since I'm married to dealio, it must be like I have two kids in my house.**

For the record, yes, in some ways it is. But I have never had to say to Scott, in any of the 16 years we've been together, "No, sorry, you *cannot* eat the fly swatter."
