No, he's not going to be remotely twisted.
"Everything's edible, even people. But that's called cannibalism, children, and is frowned upon by most of society." (or something like that.)
Oh, and why do we love the Doctor? We love him because he geeks out over all the science and then corrects the villain's grammar. (This is especially nice as I've been driving myself nuts over just that grammar rule recently, so I noticed it.)
