It is, apparently, a source of envy for the mom's group that Z still naps. (Scott has taken over for me in the mom's group, since I work Friday afternoons this semester.) Let me tell you, I can see the end of naptime looming, but for right now, the child needs naps. He can skip a day, sure, but if he goes more than two days without napping--even with putting him to bed early--he morphs from a sunny, good kid into a seething, amorphous blob of evil.
Life is going on around these parts. I do want to write a bit more, maybe tonight? I keep reading about the death of blogging and how it's all Twitter and Facebook now, blah blah, the internet will kill us all ... and yeah, I definitely don't blog the way I used to, but I'm not planning on stopping. The blog might move if LJ imploded, but whatever.
Now I want to know what the deal is with Tumblr, though I don't think I want to make one.
I have grading to do and a book to read, but first I have a boy to read to before naptime. So off I go.
