Keep watching. You haven't seen the last of old Logan Echols. Although I will tell you that I didn't really love S3 because of the really inconsistent writing.
I can't say I'd recommend Moonlight because the writing is all over the place. They can't decide if they want the main couple to be together or not so they just keep waffling to the point that it becomes kind of stupid. But there's a scene between the main vampire guy and Jason Dohring that's pretty emotional and also kind of hot. Also, his character is a pretty interesting one, vampire-wise, so I was always happy to see him.
