Harry Potter predictions! and one spoiler for Book 6. oh, and a Buffy finale spoiler.
Okay, really, if you haven't read Book 6 of Harry Potter, and you haven't seen the series finale of Buffy, you need to get to it!
Okay, book 7 predictions:
Ginny Weasley is going to die. Possibly one of the twins. I think Percy Weasley is also a distinct possibility for a death.
I think there's a good chance Hermione or Ron might die, but I won't lay odds on which one, and it might be neither. I'm kind of thinking she may go the Xander route, and seriously maim one of them. jkason has a big old theory on Neville and Harry and Voldemort, but you'd have to ask him about it.
I don't think Harry will die. I think Harry will become the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts. And if that's true, then I really hope she doesn't kill Snape, and I hope he's a good guy (I think he is--it seemed obvious to me that he and Dumbledore were using telepathy or whatever they called it in Book 6), because I like the idea that Harry has the job Snape wanted, and that they'll never be friendly. Grudging repect I can buy, though.
