Big gorgeous thunderstorm today, but it was during naptime, so the Zweeble only got maybe an hour of sleep which is not enough. And so he's been exceedingly cranky for the vast majority of the day. And what's worse? It's comic book day! So I have to wait longer for backup than usual.

Oh my god, I was just complaining that it's new comics day ... I may have to turn in my comics geekgirl card!

I tell you what, though, when I'm having a rough day of mothering, I just watch Jon & Kate Plus 8 and suddenly everything seems much more manageable.

I dont' know why, but I *love* Jon and Kate Plus 8. I don't have any childen or any immediate desire to have them, but I love watching them!

I think I just like Jon and Kate. I mean, the kids are adorable but I'm barely at the point where I can kinda tell them apart (I can recognize Joel and tell the twins apart, mostly). I like the parental dynamic. :)
